好久沒有坐在書桌前了。老爸的意外住院讓過年提早結束，也打亂了寒假的節奏，感謝此地親友的關心協助，目前病況已獲改善... 我每天騎車經過美術館去醫院，分裂的腦袋總是在一個地方想著另一件事...

小時候讀論語，記得孔子說：不知生，焉知死？... 我想他錯了，應該是：不知死，焉知生？... 這是傳統儒家一直迴避的問題，把死亡視為忌諱，或當成某種通往永恆或"神聖"的路徑，賦予它轉借或交換的(精神性)理想... 我想是因為害怕。

但，"死亡有什麼該知道的具體內容？" 這些年我不斷追問自己。
至少，"意識到生命是有限的"，我聽見自己小聲回答。"只有如此，才能在有限的時空邊界內，活得放膽精彩"... 想到之前寫的那篇"三餘書店"：真正的生命不是為了怕死而活，而是時時刻刻面對死亡而"存在"... 突然想到好久沒去了，希望他們還好。

這是大學時代的曲子... Meat Loaf 的原意是"絞肉塊"，可做成漢堡之類的東西。Meat Loaf 也是主唱 Michael Lee Aday 的藝名，他是個超級大胖子，身兼詞曲歌手及演員，音質古典高亢，感覺好像努力把自己拋出，或把自己絞碎之後的重新塑形...
