今天推薦 Terry Jacks：Seasons in the Sun (1974)

這首帶有一點淡淡幽傷的曲子原本是法文歌(Le moribond)，意思是"臨終的人"。原作者 Jacques Brel 在 1961 年發現自己罹癌後所寫下的作品，獻給他的父親、摯友和妻子，後來經由美國友人 Rod McKuen 翻成英文，才流傳到美國，並由 Terry Jacks 唱紅... 印象中第一次聽到這首歌，是某個暑假在屏東舅舅家。
四十年之後再度回到這裡，南台灣的夏天依舊燦爛，只是人物景象不同... 我深呼吸一口氣，抬頭看看天。就這樣吧，再聽一次...
