這首歌不知道該怎麼翻，有人翻成"魂斷藍橋"，也有人直接說是"驪歌"，總之是一首離別曲，代表向過去的人事物說再見... 當然這個版本並非"那"首。
"Auld Lang Syne" 是蘇格蘭語 (Auld=Old, Lang=Long, Syne=Since)，也是一首蘇格蘭民謠，據說是中世紀人們對即將出海的漁夫或水手的道別用語。18世紀蘇格蘭詩人 Robert Burns 改編後並填上歌詞，將"Auld Lang Syne"一辭用於歌詞中而成為現在膾炙人口的歌曲。
